What Makes Built-In Cleaning Different
Unlike a cart-style BBQ, a built-in unit isn't going anywhere, and that changes everything about how we work. Every built-in sits in its own countertop cut-out, but no two setups are the same. Some are outdoors in the open, others are inside a three-season room surrounded by furniture, flooring, and finishes that need to be respected throughout the job.
Managing grease, carbon, and water in a fixed or enclosed space takes real skill. It has taken us years to get consistently good at it, and we send experienced technicians to every built-in job because this work genuinely requires it.
You can feel confident your space is in good hands. We work carefully around your setup and we'll always take the time the job needs to do it right.

We kick off our process with a warm introduction through our app, giving you a heads-up that they'll be arriving soon. No need to stress about being home – one of the perks of our service is its hassle-free nature. As long as our technicians can get to the BBQ, along with access to water and electricity, they've got everything covered on their own.
When they arrive, they take a close look at your BBQ, making sure everything's working just right. If they spot any problems, they'll reach out to our office right away to give us all the details that we’ll need to inform you about repairs or getting replacement parts. And while they're testing things out, they'll snap some detailed "before" shots to keep track of your BBQ's condition…..We’ll send them to you at the end of the service.
Next, we get everything ready in the work area to keep things tidy, drawing on our extensive experience to make sure everything runs smoothly. We take apart the BBQ with care, setting aside all the parts to be cleaned mechanically. Then, we thoroughly scrape the interior of the BBQ to make sure we clear away any big debris.
As the next step in our process, we rely on power tools for mechanical refinishing! These efficient gadgets help us remove stubborn grime from your BBQ components effectively. Our extensively trained team is skilled in using these tools safely, expertly, and efficiently, ensuring every part gets a deep clean and a polished finish.
Next up, our technicians dive into washing and polishing the BBQ from top to bottom with absolute dedication, aiming for a spotless finish that shines from every angle. And here's the fun part – if you're around, they'll shoot you a message through our app once they're almost done, giving you the chance to check out the finished masterpiece for yourself.
As the cherry on top of our process, they snap some "after" pictures and jot down detailed completion notes in the app. This way, you've got transparent documentation of the whole journey. With our meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, we're always aiming to go above and beyond to surpass your expectations.
