Autumn Rickey

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lime wheels

  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon (such as Larceny)

  • 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 ounce Grade B maple syrup

  • Club soda, chilled, to top.

 
 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add the lime wheels.

  2. Add the maple syrup, lime juice, and bourbon, and then top with club soda.

  3. Stir briefly to combine.
